Alban City Dental is the culmination of a journey of almost three decades to help people rediscover their confidence through advanced dentistry and facial reconstructive surgery.
Prakash is double qualified as a dentist and a doctor. He is one of the very few double-qualified practitioners in the UK and internationally, which is a source of significant reassurance to patients of all ages. Starting with a degree in dentistry, Prakash then went on to earn his medical degree from Barts and The London School of Medicine and train with world-class surgeons in the UK and abroad. He holds an MFDS RCPS membership with The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and is fully registered with the General Medical Council and General Dental Council.
His years of working in NHS hospital oral and maxillofacial surgery and in private practices around London have led to opening a centre for excellence in the heart of his local community with the finest equipment available and some of the most accomplished clinicians he has worked with over the years. His skills range from oral surgery, advanced dental implant surgery and bone grafting to complex facial reconstruction after skin cancer and trauma. He has also been helping train the next generation of dentists and surgeons for over a decade. He has published and presented at dental, medical and surgical conferences in the UK and internationally.
In his spare time, Prakash enjoys cycling, playing the guitar and leading worship with his teenage daughter at their local church. He also serves as a parent Governor at his son’s primary school.
